Which paper size fits in your cover?
We offer a range of covers that fit A5, A4, A3, 8.5″ x 11″ (Letter) and 11″ x 17″ (Tabloid). The paper size is included in the name of the cover that is designed to fit that size, e.g., Cloth 3 D-Ring Binder A4 Portrait will fit A4 paper size in portrait orientation.
Please note that depends on the product, some sizes might not be available, however, you can always send us an email to ask for a custom size.
Do you do custom size?
Yes, we do. Please send us an email to contact@fcportfolios.com with the size that you need and we can discuss it.
I am not a graphic designer, can I still create a custom folder?
Yes, you can.
Please select “I need help setting up the artwork” for the “Artwork Setup” option, then upload the artwork that you want on the product and select a position where you want us to place your artwork.
You will also have the option to leave us any notes that you think will help us in setting up your artwork, however, this is not compulsory.
Once we receive your order, we will send you a layout proof to confirm the position before we put it in production.
Will I be able to see the layout of my artwork when I choose the “Help me set up my artwork” option?
Yes, one proof will be provided for you to see the layout of your artwork on the purchased product.
I have artwork I want to include, what format does it need to be in?
Please check the guideline table below to prepare your artwork correctly.

What if I am not happy with the proof that I receive?
The proof is based on the information that you provided in the order. If you change your mind, you can always purchase extra proofs by clicking the button below.

Why can't I select screw sizes?
A set of screws will be provided for each portfolio.
One set may include all or some of the available sizes below:
– 6mm (1/4″)
– 8mm (5/16″)
– 10mm (3/8″)
– 12mm (1/2″)
– 15mm (5/8″)
This will give you the ability to change your sheet quantity that suits your needs.

What is letterpress?
Letterpress is basically letter debossing with movable characters that together forms words.

We offer 2 separate services:

  • Letterpress: debossing with letters only. Available fonts: Arial Narrow and Times New Roman
  • Debossing on Front Cover (and / or Spine for Cloth Ring Binder): Debossing your artwork on the product.

Available foil colours for coloured cloth material (i.e. Cloth Ring Binder, Cloth 3 Sided, Cloth 4 Sided and Cloth Screwpost Portfolio) include: Gold, Silver, Bronze, Red or Black.

What is the difference between Spot Digital Print and Print Wrap products?
Spot Digital Print is offered on most of our products. This printing method prints straight on the surface of an end product. This is only available for printing on the front cover of the product.

Whereas, printing method for print wrap products prints the whole outer cover including 20mm bleed which will be turned in.

How to upload & share your artwork with us
If your file size is smaller than 16MB, please upload directly in the option form.

If your file size is larger than 16MB, please use WeTransfer or Dropbox as instructed below:

Step 1: Go to https://wetransfer.com/

On the left-hand side, there is a panel, click “ Add your files” to locate the file and upload it.
Note: We only accept PDF or Illustrator file. Please do not upload ZIP file.
Step 2: Click the “…” at the bottom
Step 3: Select “link” in the “Send as” section, and the click “Transfer”
Step 4: Copy the link once the file is finished uploading
Step 5: Paste the link into the “Your WeTransfer or Dropbox URL” box, then you are all set for the artwork!

Upload & Share your artwork with us using Dropbox

Step 1: Go to https://www.dropbox.com/

Login or Signup if you don’t have an account

Once logged in, you will see the option to upload you file on the right-hand side. Go ahead and upload your file.

Note: We only accept PDF or Illustrator file. Please do not upload ZIP file.
Step 2: Once your upload is finished, hover on the file you just uploaded, click the “Share” button that appears.
Step 3: A pop-up will appear, click “Create link” at the bottom of the pop-up. It will take a few seconds to generate a link
Step 4: Click “Copy link”, please leave the link settings as default which is “Anyone with this link can view the file.” as shown below
Step 5: Copy the link that appears
Step 6: Paste the link into the “Your WeTransfer or Dropbox URL” box, then you are all set for the artwork!

Shipping & Delivery

What is your turnaround time?

Your order will be shipped to you directly from our manufacturing facility in Australia with a tracking number. Shipping time normally takes approximately 3 – 10 working days for local orders and might take up to 30 days for international ones. As production time varies, please see details below:
Customised products:
Your Customised Products are made to order will be shipped usually within 5-6 business days after artwork signed off (if applicable), as shipping time varies based on your location. Estimated arrival will be production days added to total shipping days.

Non-customised products:
Your Plain Products will be shipped usually within 3-4 business days, as shipping time varies based on your location. Estimated arrival will be production days added to total shipping days.

Note: due to staff shortages, we are experiencing a bit of delays to process orders. We are trying our bests to process all orders. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that all of our products have our logo on them, usually on the back cover. If you have specific requirements, please note with your order and feel free to contact us to discuss.

Can I order more than the limited quantity?
Yes, you can. Since the turnaround time may vary based on the quantity that you order, please send us an enquiry with the details of your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that the delivery fee does not include additional taxes, fees, and surcharges which may apply to the destination country.
My order is late. What should I do ?
Once an order leaves our facility, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors that are outside of our control.
We unfortunately cannot control the shipping timeframe once an order has left our premises, contacting the carrier is the best way to get more details of the location and estimated delivery date of your package.
